Multimeter

A multimeter or a multitester, also known as a volt/ohm meter or VOM, is an electronic measuring instrument that combines several measurement functions in one unit. A typical multimeter may include features such as the ability to measure voltage, current and resistance.

Torsion Pendulum

A torsion pendulum is analogous to a mass-spring oscillator. Instead of a mass at the end of a helical spring, which oscillates back and forth along a straight line, hower, it has a mass at the end of a torsion wire, which rotates back and forth.

Newton's Ring

Newton's rings is a phenomenon in which an interference pattern is created by the reflection of light between two surfaces; a spherical surface and an adjacent touching flat surface. It is named after Isaac Newton, who investigated the effect.
